Maria Alexandra Ramirez
I am a leadership development consultant specializing in evolving leadership and cultivating human-centered workplace cultures. My work focuses on advancing leadership potential and human sustainability—so that individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive in today’s high-pressure world.
I have devoted much of my life to exploring the intersection of leadership development, psychology, and somatic intelligence. That lifelong path is what ultimately led me to create Wholistic Solutions—a leadership development and culture-building consultancy designed for this moment.
We are living through an era marked by rapid technological change, economic uncertainty, and rising stress. Many professionals are unknowingly leading from a place of reactivity and survival—repeating old patterns that impact their well-being, decision-making, and leadership presence. I founded Wholistic Solutions to respond to these challenges—and to offer a more grounded, human way forward.
At the heart of this work are two integrated frameworks:
Transformative Leadership, which equips leaders to grow holistically—mentally, emotionally, and somatically—while navigating real-world challenges with presence, clarity, and integrity.

Over the past 16+ years, I’ve served as a leadership consultant and trusted advisor across sectors, and have held leadership roles in the energy, transportation, and aerospace industries. My work spans for-profit, nonprofit, and public organizations, where I’ve supported both individuals and teams in developing healthier ways of working and leading.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), with additional certifications in Strategic Organizational Management and Design Thinking & Innovation. My background includes three years of Naturopathic Medicine and four years of Formative Psychology, along with continued immersion in leadership, emotional intelligence, somatic practices, and transformational methodologies—including Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Landmark Education, Rosen Method, and more.
My deepest intention is to humanize leadership, support the evolution of workplace culture, and create spaces where leaders, teams, and organizations can thrive—together.
