Maria Alexandra Ramirez
I am a leadership and organizational development consultant specializing in leadership evolution or transformation, cultivating human-centered cultures, and designing systems that empower individuals and organizations to thrive. My work focuses on advancing human potential, sustainability, and well-being in the workplace. By integrating these elements, I help leaders and organizations evolve, succeed, and grow together.
I have devoted much of my life to exploring the intersection of leadership development, psychology, and embodiment. This path led me to create two transformative frameworks:
Transformative Leadership, which equips leaders to grow holistically—mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically—while addressing real-world challenges.
Quantum Organizational Dynamics, which fosters thriving, human-centered cultures by addressing the underlying narratives, behaviors, and systemic factors that impact individual and organizational growth
I founded Wholistic Solutions to empower both individuals and organizations through human-centered approaches and tools that enable continuous evolution, expansion, and embodiment of the higher consciousness, capacity, and capability necessary to navigate the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) challenges of today's fast-paced, tech-driven era. As individuals evolve and mature holistically, they become more secure in their humanity, emotionally available for their teams, and model adaptable behaviors that create sustainable environments and cultures—where both people and organizations do their best work.
My professional background spans over 10 years as a leadership consultant and more than 20 years in leadership roles across diverse industries, including energy, transportation, oil, and aerospace. I have served as a project manager, department manager, and trusted advisor to C-suite executives in for-profit, nonprofit, and public organizations, across the energy, transportation, oil, and aerospace industries.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and Certificates in Strategic Organizational Management and Design Thinking & Innovation. My interdisciplinary training includes three years of Naturopathic Medicine and four years of Formative Psychology. My passion for transformation has driven me to continually develop myself as both a human being and a leader through a wide range of workshops, teachings, and trainings. These include Emotional Intelligence, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Landmark Education (EST), Marion Rosen’s work, Stanley Keleman’s work, Byron Katie’s work, Inner Yaga trainings, Pachamama Alliance leadership work, Yoga Teacher trainings, NIA trainings, and many others. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of the mind and body connection, enabling me to help others transform their narratives, mindsets, and ways of being.
My deepest intention is teaching leaders to cultivate the presence, capacity, and capability needed to create sustainable growth and resilient cultures. Through the integration of Quantum Organizational Dynamics and Transformative Leadership, I aim to co-create spaces where leaders, teams, and organizations can evolve and thrive together.
